3. Posting the offer on our website
4. Posting the offer on the websites that we collaborate with, including positioning of the offer
5. Upon client’s request we provide external advertising (an advertising banner on external elevation or window – depending on technical possibilities).
6. Upon client’s request we provide adverts in local press
7. We provide transferring the offer to all the intermediaries collaborating with our Centre.
8. Completing the documents necessary to conclude the sale agreement
9. Offering, presenting the object of sale/rentto the potential buyers
10. Negotiating the terms and conditions of concluding the sale/rent agreement
11. Drawing up the sale/rent agreement (including negotiations on the most favorable variant of such a contract).
12. Drawing up the hand over protocols, assistance inpremisesrelease
All the transactions are carried out in concordance with the Code of Professional Conduct available on the website of the Polish Real Estate Federation (Polska Federacja Rynku Nieruchomości).
